Sun Country Industries has developed aerospace industry standard bonding capabilities that it applies not only to the hardware it supplies to its customers, but also as a stand-alone service to other aerospace component manufacturers.  

The company casts specialty two-part elastomers and adhesively bonds this material and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) to different substrates. Sun Country also bonds with epoxy film adhesives and performs RTV encapsulation of manufactured hardware, all with elevated temperature cure cycles.
