McNally has received another DoD Award

Denver, CO - February 9, 2018 - McNally has just received another DoD award for 10 of our Blackhawk UH-60 RUPHIS blade removal systems.  McNally has enjoyed equally great success supplying our BIG RUPHIS blade removal system designed for the Chinook Ch-47.  Due to these successes as well as many additional activities, McNally recently brought on Sean McDermott to enhance our Business Development team.  He joins McNally following his recent retirement from the USN. His leadership and acquisition acumen were honed over two Command tours, The first as the CO of VRC-40 a Navy C-2 squadron based in Norfolk, VA and then again as the Commander of Defense Contract Management Agency - Japan were he was responsible for the Depot level maintenance of F-18, H-60 and V-22 aircraft. In Japan he also stood up the Final Assembly and Check Out (FACO) facilities for the F-35 JSF and F-135 Engine. Sean McDermott also served two leadership roles as the Level One Integrated Product Team (IPT) for both PMA-231 (E-2/C-2) and PMA-275 (V-22). McNally is looking to working with Sean to foster new opportunities within Naval Aviation and beyond.

McNally Group Acquired by Gardner Standard and Sparta Capital Partners

Denver, CO – September 21, 2016 – The McNally Group announced that effective July 1, 2016 substantially all of the assets of each of its operating businesses were acquired by affiliates of Gardner Standard LLC, a private equity firm headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Sparta Capital Partners, LLC, a private equity firm headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Certain members of management also invested in the transaction.

Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, the McNally Group is a collection of independent companies that serve the defense, commercial aerospace and energy industries with a common commitment to quality, value and customer service.  Each of the McNally Group’s operating businesses was separately acquired as part of the transaction, including McNally Industries, with operations in Grantsburg, Wisconsin; Pacific Aero Tech, with operations in Seattle, Washington; and Sun Country Industries, with operations in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

McNally Group acquires Pacific Aero Tech

Denver, CO – Sept 21, 2010 - The McNally Group announced today that the company has acquired the operating assets of Pacific Aero Tech, Inc. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, the McNally Group is a privately held aerospace and defense engineering and manufacturing company with operations in Grantsburg, Wisconsin and Albuquerque, New Mexico. The acquisition is part of McNally’s ongoing strategy to expand its presence in the commercial aerospace aftermarket.
