RUPHIS Blade Clamp Assembly

Blade Clamp AssemblyEnlargeEngineered in conjunction with Army PM to accommodate all Hawk variants & Apache. With the induction of the new “M” wide chord blade into the fleet, the task was to design a clamp adaptable to all Hawk blade geometries. This new product provides benefits in personnel safety and time savings as well as added protection for the aircraft.

PN 1006845: This part number includes the entire blade clamp assembly, two sets of blade liners and Hardigg case. When ordering PN 1006800 please specify which airframe model being purchased (i.e. Black Hawk M,A/L or R/S, Apache). The ”M” variation of the clamp will support the S-92.

Torque Adapter Tooling for Black Hawk

Torque Adapter ToolingEnlargePN 1006767: This wrench kit consists of three 3/8” drive tools (9/16, 7/16, and 9/16) utilized on the tail rotor drive shaft, gimbal mount, and lower pressure plate adapter. Wrench numbers 1006769, 1006770, and 1006771

Torque Adapter ToolingEnlargePN 1006772: This tooling kit consists of two 1⁄2” drive bent wrenches utilized in the 5/8” twelve point pylon mount A and B. Wrench PN 1006774 and 1006775

Torque Adapter ToolingEnlargePN 1006776: This part number specifies one wrench which is a heavy duty torque wrench utilized on the main landing gear. Please specify if you do not wish for Pelican cases included.

Spindle Bender Assembly

Spindle Bender AssemblyEnlargeThis special tooling was designed to be used on legacy Blackhawk aircraft and will improve serviceability of key points of the airframe and rotor system.

PN 1006748: This part number includes the entire assembly including the pelican case.

Star Plate Assembly

Star Plate AssemblyEnlargeThis assembly is a color-coded reference tool which, when utilized, assists in maintaining the location of hardware while balancing the tail rotor of the Black Hawk UH-60.

PN 1006779: This kit consists of the entire star plate assembly including the Pelican case.

Seal Installation Tool Assembly
