Jim has over 25 years of managerial experience in the manufacturing and distribution of industrial equipment and defense products. He began his career with McNally Industries in the Northern Pump division and later spent three years with Wanner Engineering in the manufacture of Hydra-Cell and Stan-Cor pumps. From 1994 to 2008, he served as the general manager for the Indiana Branch of Corrosion Fluid Products. Jim rejoined McNally Industries in 2008 as vice president of Northern Pump and was promoted to senior vice president and general manager in 2009. Jim is a customer-oriented leader who is constantly striving for lower costs and faster turn times, with an unwavering commitment to quality. Under Jim's leadership, the company holds one major Kaizen event per quarter focused on cost, quality and/or lead time reduction. As general manager, Jim is responsible for all aspects of the company's operations. Jim has an Associate degree in Marketing from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical Institute.


Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Jeff has spent his entire career in the defense and industrial manufacturing industries and has been with McNally Industries since 2001. He spent two years in the company's Manufacturing Engineering department before joining the Sales and Marketing group. His career with the company was interrupted in 2003 for his second of two tours in Iraq. His military experience and his background in engineering give Jeff a unique understanding of the function and importance of the products we manufacture. He drives the company to be customer and Warfighter-focused. Jeff is responsible for the development and implementation of the company's sales and marketing strategy and customer service. Jeff holds a degree in Marketing from Belford University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Procurement Institute and has earned certificates in Sales and Marketing and Government Contracting from the University of Wisconsin School of Business and George Washington University.


Vice President of Finance

Lori has been with McNally for more than twenty years, working her way up from accounting clerk to Vice President of Finance. She is directly responsible for cash management, financial reporting, budgeting and financial anlaysis along with the human resource and information technology functions. She has advanced training in management; defense contracting and accounting; negotiation; lean accounting; and computerized information systems. Lori has developed and oversees a professional and streamlined organization. In alignment with her role in developing the company's enterprise resource planning function, she has evolved the finance function into a vital strategic asset for the company.


Vice President of Design Engineering & Programs

Steve has 25 years of experience in all aspects of manufacturing, manufacturing engineering and design. His hands-on experience in manufacturing together with his background and education in design enable him to quickly understand the requirements of an application while maintaining manufactutability. He has many years of experience in designing for the defense industry and 18 years of increasing responsibility at McNally Industries. He has designed, re-engineered and reverse engineered numerous defense-application products, including nuclear coolant pump systems, hydraulic control valve systems, military ammunition handling systems and lubrication pumps for military vehicle transmissions. In addition to his design engineering and program management responsibilities, Steve has developed and conducts internal continuing education courses to ensure that employees are up to date on new specifications and contractual requirements. Steve has taught management and engineering courses as an Adjunct Instructor for the Continuing Education and Customized Training department at Pine Technical College. Steve has degrees in Business and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, as well as significant continuing education resulting in certifications in Rapid Prototyping, Process Engineering (3M) and ISO auditing. Steve is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).


Program Manager, Design Engineering

Troy has more than twenty years of manufacturing experience in the tool and die and defense industries and has been with McNally Industries since 2005. His varied experience includes manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, quality assurance (including ISO procedures and systems) and design engineering. Troy was serving as a manufacturing engineering manager when he was asked to lead the Design Engineering group. His background and leadership assures concurrent thinking between the design of a part or system and manufacturability. This design/manufacture combination is critical to providing our customers with the best system design at the lowest cost. Troy has a strong educational background in mechanical engineering and design and has certifications in Finance, Government Contracting, Materials, 5S & Lean, and is certified as both an ISO 9001 internal auditor and a lead auditor.


Director of Naval Programs

Dewey started his career with McNally in 1998 as a manufacturing engineer on the Mk6 Ammunition Hoist Team. Dewey has been involved with each of the more than 100 hoist systems and spare sub-systems manufactured and delivered by the company, both domestically and internationally. He has hands-on experience with every element of the hoist system including design, machining and assembly, sub-contractor/supplier management, test requirements and installation issues. As part of the Navy's Integrated Product Team, he is deeply involved with all technical and program issues related to the Hoist and Mk45 gun. Dewey was instrumental in securing the company's position as the recognized Overhaul and Repair Depot for the Mk6 hoist and in developing procedures for the Navy's upgrades to the hoist for the Cruiser fleet. Dewey has broad experience in government contracting and international sales, including extensive work with the U.S. Department of State. He earned an Associate degree in Mechanical Design Technology at St. Cloud Technical and Community College and has completed courses in manufacturing engineering at St. Cloud State University. Dewey also has course certificates in Government Contracting, Program Management and Negotiating from George Washington University and the Defense Acquisition University.


Quality Manager

Ike has more than thirty years of service with McNally Industries. After working five years as a machinist, Ike transferred to the Engineering department where he developed the company's Statistical Process Control procedures, created inspection reports and conducted shop floor document reviews. Ike was also instrumental in developing, implementing and achieving the company's initial ISO 9001 certification. Prior to his promotion to Quality Manager, Ike was the lead technical contract liaison for the company, ensuring compliance with all contractual quality requirements. As a result, Ike has an excellent working knowledge of FAR clauses, WAWF, ITAR, the U.S. Department of State, ISO 9001, government property control, and safety. He is a graduate of Mesa College, a member of the American Society for Quality with a CQT certification and has extensive additional quality training through various courses and conferences.
