Tom has been President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the McNally Group since 2003. Working closely with the general managers of each of the operating companies and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Tom takes a hands-on role in all major elements critical to the Group's performance, from communication with hourly employees to strategic direction. He has extensive experience managing in a dynamic aerospace and defense manufacturing environment; developing internal growth initiatives; attracting, motivating and retaining talented personnel; sourcing and completing acquisitions; and raising capital.
Prior to McNally, Tom served as CFO for Western Sky industries, Inc., a privately held manufacturer of highly engineered proprietary component parts used in aerospace applications. He was instrumental in developing and implementing aggressive internal growth and acquisition programs, which resulted in an increase in EBITDA from $1 million to $37 million in six years and the eventual sale of the company to a strategic buyer. Prior to Western Sky, Tom worked for nine years in the Accounting and Auditing Services Group at Price Waterhouse, focusing largely on middle market clients. He has extensive experience in corporate development, financing and the wide range of organization management issues associated with a high-growth manufacturing environment.
Tom has an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Bob became Chairman of the Board upon the acquisition of McNally Industries in 2003, stepping into a full-time role as Executive Chairman of the McNally Group in 2004. Bob has 40 years of management experience in the design, development, manufacture and sale of engineered products sold into worldwide markets. His vast and varied experience has been an invaluable resource for the company's general managers in all elements of growing and improving the business including marketing strategy, pricing and organizational structure. Bob is involved in all significant decisions and has been the driving force behind the company's lean manufacturing efforts which have resulted in increased efficiency, reduced lead times and lower costs.
His experience includes fourteen years at General Electric and seventeen years as a senior executive with Huck International, a leader in the design and manufacture of high-strength specialty fastener systems for aerospace and industrial markets. Following his tenure with Huck, Bob joined Western Sky Industries, Inc., as the company's first chief operating officer with responsibility for all operating activities of the company. Bob has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree in Industrial Management.

Marty joined the McNally Group in 2005 as the company's first chief financial officer. He was instrumental in sourcing, negotiating and securing a senior debt financing in 2008, an extremely difficult time for capital markets. In 2010, he was also instrumental in closing the acquisition and debt financing of Pacific Aero Tech. While he has been deeply involved in establishing strategic direction for the McNally Group, Marty is an operationally oriented CFO and spends approximately 50 percent of his time at the operating companies. Working independently and with each company controller, Marty is directly responsible for all finance and accounting functions, including reporting, budgets, forecasts and audits, as well as risk management and treasury operations. He is indirectly responsible for the human resource and information technology functions of each of the operating companies.
Marty joined Arthur Andersen LLP after graduation and has held senior financial management positions with a number of companies, large and small, throughout his career. He has an Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston College as well as a Master of Science and a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Northeastern University.
